The MyHotelTeam® mobile application offers convenient access to view current schedules, time cards, and time off requests while on the go.

Home Page: The home page provides an immediate overview of your schedule for today and the next three days.

Schedule: Stay up to date with your weekly schedule as soon as it is published by the hotel.

Timecard: Easily view your daily hours for the current week, as well as a summary of your total hours. Please note that pay rate items such as wages and tips are not included.

Time Off: Submit time off requests as soon as you become aware of your need for time off. Additionally, you can keep track of any pending, approved, and denied requests.

Availability: Input your ongoing schedule availability preferences by submitting requests through the availability feature.

Note: Some hotels may choose to remove certain features such as the Timecard, Time Off, or Availability pages from employee access. If you have any questions regarding this, please consult your manager or supervisor.
